Sheep Creek Outfitters is a small family operated outfitting business, owned and operated by Johnny Campbell. The area is Unit 361, bordering Yellowstone National Park and consisting Of 100+ square miles.

Johnny purchased Max Robinson and Sons Outfitting business in 1993 and formed Sheep Creek Outfitters.

Johnny is a life time hunter with over thirty five years hunting big game in the Rocky Mountains. With over 22 years as a guide and outfitter, Elk and Mule Deer are John's favorite big game animal.

The main camp is a horseback/pack-in camp located in a roadless mountain range, the Henry's Lake Mountains. This is great Elk hunting, good Mule Deer hunting and during archery season, great Black Bear hunting. The area holds Shiras Moose, Rocky Mountain Goats, and Big Horn Sheep, occasionally seeing Grizzly Bear.

Camps are comfortable wall tents, with a large cook tent which is the center of our high country operation. We serve two full meals each day, breakfast and dinner, with a sack lunch. There's always lots of hunting tales to be told and plenty of hot coffee on the fire!

The hunters tent has cots, with wood burning stoves and propane heaters. I furnish two full time guides, who are experienced woodsmen and horsemen. Our trail horses are conditioned to the trails and very gentle.

Sheep Creek Outfitters is a hands on outfitting operation, striving to make every hunter comfortable and the hunt memorable.
